Here are the typical PBO limits for the 5800X:

Max Clock Speed: When it comes to PBO enabled the 5800X can boost up to 4.85-4.95 GHz primarily based on cooling and motherboard VRM quality.

PPT (Package Power Tracking): The default limit for PPT is rated up to 142W on the 5800X. This leads to enabling of more power for the CPU, thus enhancing the efficiency particularly when faced with pressure.

TDC (Thermal Design Current): The default TDC is at 95A. Tuning this changes enables the users to maintain very high boost clocks going for a longer duration due to enhanced current availability.

EDC (Electrical Design Current): The default limit of EDC is 140A. Doubling the EDC limit may help improve short spikes of power delivery, which is advantageous to single-thread and lightly threaded workloads.

Temperature Limit: The Ryzen 7 5800X can handle temperature up to 90-95°C before it starts to throttle. PBO might show temperatures that are pretty much always above 80-90°C at idle, let alone under loads or benchmarks.
